We loved the Charente region , we travelled as far as the mouth of the river Charente to the west and visited Rochefort and the Bird reserve south of Saint Nazaire sur Charente,especially enjoyed visiting the Castile Brouage.A very interesting Region of France.the eastern region north of Angouleme and around Vars is lovely and totally unspoilt

Netter, ruhiger CP, mitten in der Natur, nah am Flussufer. Netter Empfang, große Parzellen, viel Natur. Sanitäranlagen etwas einfach, aber in Ordnung (Preis-Leistung stimmt bei ACSI in Nachsaison). Viele Aktivitäten (Paddeln, Schwimmbad, Beachvolleyball), Restaurant mit Veranstaltungen; in der Nachsaison kein Shop /Brot; super für die Durchreise nach/von Südeuropa
